It has literally be the hardest habit for me to create! Drinking my water...who knew that one simple habit would be so hard to maintain? Your hydration is a foundation of health that is so incredibly important!

Do you struggle with how much water you are getting into your body each day?

Here are some ideas for you to help get that water intake up!
When water feels boring, drink some herbal tea or fruit infused water!
Drink one glass of water before your meals
Add an electrolytes to your water! LMNT is my fav!
We all have phones, and they are usually on us…so set some alarms for an hourly reminder!
Find some fruits and veggies with high water content…watermelon and celery are great options!
Use an app to help track your water…if you are already tracking your food you can simply add your water intake to that!
Step by step you will get back to drinking your water and all the great benefits will return!
More energy!
Your joints and muscles will appreciate it and feel WAY better!
Your digestive system will thank you!
Your skin will glow and feel so much better!
