Are you walking the line of fine?
"I am drinking my lemon water, I am fine."
"It is just a little bit of indigestion, I am fine."
"I have gotten used to only sleeping 3-4 hours, I am fine, it is just how it goes at my age."
"It's fine, I am just my hormones, there is nothing I can do about it."
"It's just a little bit of heartburn, I am fine."
"I am just used to feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, it's life. I'm fine."
Does this sound familiar?
I want you to return to those questions and read them again, give yourself a few minutes and think about 3 things in your life that you would say "I'm Fine" about. (No worries, I will wait right here, go run and find your journal and a pen. I will wait! :)) Then, think about it a bit longer and ask yourself another question...
Am I REALLY fine?
We are living in a culture today where we do not WANT to think about the things that are our biggest struggles. It is much easier to brush it off and ignore it...right?
I am going to ask you another question...
What would it feel like to feel better?
What would it be like to NOT have heartburn or lack of sleep?
Maybe you are getting to a point in your life where the line of fine is no longer of service to you. You are feeling ready to take steps...maybe even baby steps to start to FEEL BETTER. I am not saying you are ready to take care of ALL your ailments, but maybe you are ready to explore one small thing.
We are information seekers, and we are always looking for and seeking out the answers to all our issues, problems, stresses, and pain and then we become completely debilitated by the constant bombardment through social media of quick fixes, diets, downloadable content, and the next latest and greatest thing to lure us to the NEXT BIG THING.
That alone...is completely exhausting and basically is setting you up to fail.
You find that all these fixes give you a brief moment of relief and your symptom or issue disappears (momentarily) and then you disappear too and are no longer engaged and give up.
I want to invite you to a different approach. All of the above are quick fixes, bandaids, or to be honest...total junk setting you up to just spend money and not get any further in your healing journey.
I have a desire to help find the skills and tools to EMPOWER YOU to WANT the changes. When you find the tools and skills that are attainable and you start to see success in simple and foundational ways you WANT to keep going. To create longevity and make it a LIFESTYLE change, NOT a DIET!
Is this easy? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I invite you to consider looking at your health as an INVESTMENT, the more you put into it the more it will grow.

If I had to pick 3 things that I would like to change in my health what would they be? Take your time, really think about those TOP things that really do drive you crazy
List 3 things about yourself that you ABSOLUTELY LOVE about yourself! Yup, this one is hard, but it's also probably one of the most important questions to answer! Then, post it somewhere in your house where you see it every day!
You have the ability to make changes in your life! YOU CAN EMPOWER yourself, and sometimes it means you need to find the people in your life to help you get there.
I can be that person for you!
