I am offering you a practice today. I am finding the need to find space within right now. I am trying to return to my mat, not from a teaching perspective, from a personal practice perspective.
It is NOT easy to do.
I have practiced and studied my yoga practice for over 15 years now. I want you to know the HARDEST part of this study is MY self practice. I love teaching, I love spending time with my students and giving them an amazing experience for 60 mins or 75 mins a couple of times a week.
So, why is it so hard todo it for myself? What is that about?
I have memories of all my trainings with Tias and Sutra Little at Prajna Yoga and he always reminded me that the only way to be a successful teacher of yoga to others is to have a self practice that you devote to yourself regularly.
