First off…do you eat breakfast every morning? The truth…it IS the most important meal of your day! And, most of us are not even thinking about eating breakfast, we are simply fueled by sugar and caffeine from our coffee each morning.

What are some ideas for you to get started?
Protein Bowl!
Pick a meat or egg, some veggies like cabbage, carrots, and sweet potatoes which are going to give you incredible fiber! So, add some yummy fat with ghee, grass fed butter, or coconut oil to saute it all together.
Protein Smoothie!
Pick some fresh seasonal fruits and some kale or spinach along with some organic milk of choice along with a Beef Isolate protein powder, my current favorite is Pure Paleo by Designs for Health. Add some flaxseeds and chia seeds to the mix for your fiber and some MCT oil for some healthy fat!
Greek Yogurt with Pumpkin Seeds + Blueberries!
Simple and loaded with protein and healthy fat from the yogurt and great fiber from the pumpkin seeds and blueberries…throw in some extra antioxidants and omegas too and you are golden to start your day with this breakfast!
These breakfasts are going to set you up to be your best self all day!
All of these amazing benefits from one simple meal to start your day! In reality, sounds like a great plan and one that really does not take that much effort, some prep work and some grocery shopping. Start out with one or two recipes and rotate them so that you do not have to worry about what is your meal for the day.
