I could curate a Top 10 Gift Guide, or my Top favorite bio-hacks for the holiday season, and to be honest…I did ponder writing that for you this week. Then, I sat back and closed my eyes and thought about what I needed at this very moment. It was not a 10 10 Gift Guide at all. I craved support, I craved taking care of myself. That my friend, is what I want for you this holiday season.
A lit gift for you this holiday season! The struggle for me this time of year is we naturally want to hunker down, restore, make soup, drink tea, and start that sweet hibernation process. Yet, the bonkers reality of the holidays, school events, parties, social engagements and holiday shopping take over completely.
I get totally lost in the chaos…and instability starts to creep in. Do you relate?
Intention and purpose for self care fly out the window. It is incredibly hard to slow down and do what you really need for yourself during this time of year. So, here is something for you! This yoga sequence focuses on grounding in and finding your feet again. Perfect for this time of year!
You may not be able to get to my studio or maybe you live far away, so this is something for you to do right at home. Whenever you want…on your terms and your schedule….even if it means you have to wait until after the holidays to do it!
